However, please allow up to 3~5 days for processing and shipment preparation. - If in the case your order cannot be shipped within 5 days, we will notify you with your options to proceed, including a longer processing/wait time, refund, or exchange.

- You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been fulfilled and is on it’s way. Please use your tracking number to follow the journey of your item.
You are responsible to collect and follow up the delivery of your order if delivery estimations are not met.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Apart from shipping fee, customers are not required to pay any additional fees.

Once your order ships out and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we’ll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at ninaluk218@gmail.com and we’ll check it out for you right away.
